Target Clients
International jewelry brands, e-commerce platforms, retail stores, custom studios, wholesalers, and independent designers in North America, Europe, Oceania, and other developed markets.
2. Order Rules
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Standard products: 50-100 pieces
- Custom designs: 30-50 pieces
- Premium materials: 20-30 pieces
Payment Terms
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation
- 70% balance before shipment
- T/T, PayPal, or L/C accepted
Delivery Timeline
- Samples: 7-10 working days
- Standard orders: 15-25 days
- Custom projects: 20-35 days
3. Customization Terms

Mold & Tooling Ownership
Client-Funded Molds
Molds paid by client belong to client. Free storage for 2 years, then $50/month storage fee.
Company-Funded Molds
Molds funded by our company remain our property. Client has exclusive usage rights during contract period.
Design IP Protection
Custom designs protected under confidentiality agreement. No reproduction without written consent.
4. Quality Assurance & After-sales
Quality Control Process
- Material inspection before production
- In-process quality monitoring
- Final inspection before packaging
- Pre-shipment quality verification
Inspection Rights
- Client or third-party inspection welcome
- 48-hour inspection window after delivery
- Detailed quality reports provided
Warranty Coverage
Remedy Options
- Free replacement for defective products
- Partial refund for minor quality issues
- Expedited remanufacturing if needed
5. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Breach of Contract
- Late payment: 1.5% monthly penalty on overdue amount
- Order cancellation: 30% of order value penalty
- Design IP violation: $10,000 minimum damages
Force Majeure
Natural disasters, government regulations, material shortages, or other unforeseeable circumstances may affect delivery. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith for reasonable solutions.
Dispute Resolution Process
Governing Law
These terms are governed by international commercial law and the laws of the manufacturing jurisdiction. English language version prevails in case of translation discrepancies.
Terms Effective Date & Updates
These terms of service are effective from January 1, 2024, and supersede all previous agreements. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days written notice to active clients.
